Our office is located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Arleen is one of the most experienced and highly trained Realtors® in the business! Only 5% of all licensed Realtors® hold the esteemed Certified Residential Specialist designation.  Arleen is also a graduate of Realtors® Institute and has attended numerous training sessions and seminars nationwide to stay abreast of current marketing, financial and technological trends in the marketplace. In 1997, she was honored as Sales Associate of the Year by her peers at the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors. This distinguished award was presented to Arleen in honor of her high level of character, integrity and service to her clients and customers.

Her Career
Arleen moved to the Charlottesville Area in 1982, and it wasn't long before she decided on a career centering around her desire to introduce newcomers to the many attractive qualities and natural beauty of the area she now called "Home". Since beginning her real estate career in 1985, Arleen has successfully assisted hundreds of families with the sale or purchase of Charlottesville Area real estate. Designations
Recently Arleen completed the educational requirements for the ePRO designation, giving her the tools and knowledge to better assist her internet-based buyers and sellers.  She has also received the SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist).  By earning the SRES designation, Arleen has demonstrated that she has the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a senior’s real estate specialist.  Arleen is also a member of the Allen F. Hainge CyberStar Society®.  The CyberStars® are an elite group of leading real estate professionals from around the country.  Each sales associate accepted for membership has demonstrated outstanding ability in 3 areas: production, using today’s technology in their marketing efforts and a willingness to share their discoveries, ideas and spirit with other CyberStars.  Arleen is one of only 5 CyberStars in the state of Virginia.  She has attended CyberStar gatherings in several states nationwide to exchange technology tips with fellow CyberStar members and other Realtors.
